I am still practicing disk 5 regularly and occasionally doing disc 6.
My question is on disc 6, the last exercise, no. 11 Sustained "ah" on octave scale do you have to stop the digastric muscles from
pushing down. I can manage to not engage my muscles until I hit the women's high C and then it pushes down crazy hard.
I just assume that following the squeaky edgy scales that we are probably meant to disengage the digastric muscles,
but on the other hand this exercise might just be freeing the voice and vibrato.
