Hey guys since I have moved on to lesson 5, I have noticed ALL the scales start from a middle C and above. I'm 15, and iono what vocal classification I'll be but as of right now I cannot hit a middle C in chest voice without strain. So should I just go about doing everything in head voice and mix?

excersizes

Jake, start it quieter, and as time goes by, and your voice gets more capable, then you should get louder. Also, I think that I introduce more head into my voice right around middle C, and I go up in mix more and more after that, so by all means, if your body is telling you do that then do you.

Re: excersizes

You shouldn't have trouble witha middle C, ESPECIALLY at such a young age. You're voice shouldn't be settled yet, so it should still be able to go into the "higher" notes (by "higher" I mean about C4-E4) a little easier.

There's something out of balance in your coordination. Can you post a clip?
