You HAVE lost touch with reality leonetha, but it's not just you it has been every single human being that I have ever personally met. It has been just about every human being that I know about. Realizing this is the first step to overcoming the false ideas that we have. It takes becoming aware of what is dysfunctional in order to discard it. What part of you is defending itself as if it was being attacked with bombs? That's the part of you that has lost touch with reality. It believes that words can threaten who you are. What part of you feels threatened? Do you feel like any less of a person because of the things that I said? What does it matter what I say? It is not what others say but how we react to it that is telling us the answer. The part of you that feels offended will do anything it has to do in order to regain a sense of regeneration. It is called your ego and it is controlling you. That is why you feel attacked and in need to defend yourself. Otherwise none of what I have written would have cause that intense feeling of attack that arose within you. Your self-image felt threatened. You believe that this is who you are and that you must defend it. It is obvious that you have lost touch with reality because you are always looking for the answer outside. Every solution to your one every problem in singing will be resolved when YOU learn how to execute it. No matter how much others know and tell you, it will not be until YOU learn it that you will have the answers. You are caught in outside seeking, in finding the answers in others. You may understand it intellectually but it is experiental knowledge that unlocks hidden potential. You will have questions for the rest of your life, you will be frustrated forever, you will be caught in seeking and get locked in "seeking mode" and continually miss the point, unless you make a shift and balance outside with inside you will have a post that says "10 years since I began SS and I am still at the begining" You have to make the switch and become aware, you have to learn how YOUR BODY SINGS, not how others do it. All my love to you.
