Im on CD 3 How long should I do each CD for. I am doing all of the excerises on CD 3 Every other day and I was thinking Ill continue doin them till the end of
the month and then Ill move on to CD 4.
What do you guys recommend?
and when I get to CD 4 should I still practice CD 3????
