			<description><![CDATA[ <p>It seems that when i wake up from sleep and try to sing up and down the different bridges, am all connected, i can go high in mix and it will sound so full
and nice, i can even reach down to a D3 in mix and it will still sound not that heady.

Will, in a few hours without even singing anything i try to mix again, and everything distorts, cracky frying mix, breaks everything from A to Z, happens. what

The thing is that I play bass and sing backup in a hardcore band!

when we made the songs I had no idea about vocal technique or anything so

I just did what I thought sounded Cool at the time.

Most backup lines is basically me shouting really loud aroud high B-C , and I have no proper technique so afterwards an often screwd in the voice!... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ will I&#39;ve found out that when i lean on my larynx to get into the mix it realy sounds thick and i like it, the problem is, i can&#39;t realy do a low
larynx without tensioning the muscles arround the vocal box and under the chin, when i try to sing relaxed the high larynx hits in althoug i get some mix there
, but not as lound and is distorted.

I think SS is all about relaxing these muscles and developing a low larynx, this is the pathway to a relay high and pure mixed voice do u... ]]></description>
