So, I've heard CDs 1, 2 and 3. But that's where I get confused on how to go about practising.
On CD 3 Brett introduces humming, liprolls and nays. Here's what I'm confused about:
Brett says to perform the exercises in the range you are most comfortable in and to not sing higher than you're comfortable with.

First post here. Thanks to all who assist in advance.

So here's my story:

Been singing for around 2 years. Picked up the singing success program around a year ago and have struggled until recently. I am finally giving in to my head
voice. The deal is, I feel like I've lost my natural chest voice due to straining for the majority of the time I've had singing success... I can speak
clearly and don't have difficulty with anything...

I'm starting this Singing Success Journal to help keep me focused. I have had the Singing Success program since 2006, and have hardly used it. I'm the
type of person where if I dont see the results immediately, I give up. Well, I dont wanna be that way anymore. So I'm starting this to help keep me
motivated and focused on my goal: Perfect Singing!

I will put a video clip on here of my singing soon. It will probably be one of me playing around...

resonating chambers to it...

essentially the resonators were shaped how the human vocal tract is shaped during certain vowels... im not sure if this can directly actually improve singing

So let's be honest with ourselves. The reason why you're not singing well probably has little or nothing to do with your physical make-up. If
you've gone through puberty - and yes, even after puberty your body is going through changes, but sill - you are probably developed enough to sing freely.

Use common sense: the number one reason why you are stuck in tense, strained and locked up singing is because of your APPROACH. I can almost bet anything that
