I understand the mums help lower the larynx through the break and improve tone. So I suppose I should be using that technique every time I sing when I am approaching the break?
The reason I ask is that I have to then prepare my self to lower the larynx which I suspect will tense me up when I approach the break which defeats the whole purpose doesn't it?
Or does this technique of lowering the larynx become second nature after awhile with practice?
Thanks, Tony.

I think a light bulb has finally turned on in my head. I just had to separate Jaime's RYV methods and terminology from other well known methods, ie. SS and SLS. The term Full Voice was the problem. I kept trying to equate Full Voice with SS's Head Voice, but I think that would be the wrong conclusion to make. I believe Jaime teaches his students to sing with their FULL "chest like" VOICE throughout their complete range one step or note at a time by strengthening the cords along...
