			<description><![CDATA[ Well, I've been doing SS for a little while now, and have stayed only on disc 3 for the entire time. This is because, in the warm down (the final track), one of the exercises is to go from your highest comfortable head voice note to your lowest chest voice note without a break in the middle. No matter how many times I try to do that, I still have a very pronounced break and cannot bridge the gap. It goes from a low head voice note to a note in chest voice about an octave lower, and I can't... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I've started to lay flat on my back in doing these exercises and in doing so, I've been able to vocalize now through my second bridge right up to my third bridge. Also, sometimes when I'm singing, I can hear the mixed voice naturally come in so it's definitely a great thing. Just wanted to let you all know.....and it's funny that sometimes, I can hear a mixed voice below where Singing Success tells me that the mix starts for basses and baritones...... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ so when you lift weights or work out you can get soar muscles, well when you sing to much or hard does the same thing happen in your throat or should you never feel discomfort or pain or anything like that?  Ive noticed that if i sing a lot or do a lot of excersises one day i will have a sore throat the next day and im sure most of it has to do with wrong technique which i have no idea how to fix and thats not good. any input?? ]]></description>
