Ive recently discovered that, after another cold, im finding it hard to pronunciate words and it got me thinking, is there any exercises which focus on how to get good at talking and singing quickly, and to be able to do tongue-twisters, cos i for the life of my cant!

Hi all, I've been working SS listen-1 for a month. But I found no increasing in my range. My voice cannot goes over middle C.(maybe I'm a bass singer). My throat gets bonded on the NeyNeyNey exersice... So I'm frustrated... What do you suggest me to do? I cannot do the next listens as they go higher in range...

It's been a while since I've posted anything and haven't had any feedback. My wife has heard some of my songs but she doesn't know anything about the technical side. In this clip, I attempted to sing the chorus of the song "Iris" at its original key, with a tenor A in it. I have some questions:

1. I can feel a "blending" at the high notes, like I can hear parts of chest and parts of head. Is this the mix?

Hey, so I tried doing some covers of songs...I'm currently using brett manning's singing success, ive only used it for 2 days, but what i've learned is that if i sing with low volume, i can go from lowest note to highest note without any breaks. When I sing at low volume at notes around E above middle C to A above middle C, I consider those to be in mixed voice, even though it just sounds like head voice to me. So how am i supposed to differentiate...is there a diference in...

Hi, just wondering when do you know "You've" become better at singing by doing the SS exercises? I have no vocal coach or teacher so for me it's difficult to know if I have improved and how much I still need to go. I still don't want to post any audio clip because I still feel it's too early? Should I set any goals? Like when I've completed and mastered one cd then I should post something here?

You know people. I have been vocalizing now for a while...I have lessons with a teacher.. I t seems like the best thing to do is to leave alone the whole vocal tract - or larynx or whatever you call it. Looks like every time you think "larynx down or otherwise tense up for a note - you squeeze it . If you focus on the vowels and the airflow...the whole throat thing stays as it is...its the best sound i made until now. I try to "top down" approach- my teacher told me to think of...
